i had so much fun it seemed surreal... =D

these two weeks have been such a dash for me! M.A.D. practice, bodylanguage practice, homework...nonetheless, it was all worthwhile...i enjoyed the race =)

Danceworks!'05 had finally come to an end on 16th Apr saturday... We got consolation ($200), but the competition was tough, really tough..only those who were there could witness our efforts that paid off well, in terms of performance... i danced like i never danced before...it was the most tiring, intensive, yet amazing 3.57 minutes of my life so far... As expected, WHAK was the champ, and everyone knows they deserved it. WHAK is from NUS, and guess what?! 1 or 2 of the guys were from hc previously! They were really supportive of us, cheering for us n stuff. Quoting one of them who left hc 6 yrs ago: "i haven't seen such a cool dance team from hwachong for 6 years!" =) thanks senior, whoever you are... Nanyang Poly people were friendly too, sadly they didn't win... we took some pics with them and exchanged handshakes..."may the white guys win" someone mentioned...i guess we all won in one way or another...

oh and guess who's the crowd charmer of the night?? weidi!! hahaha...so many girls were mesmerized by him..(about 2 or 3 so far)....wahh happy eh?...

Danceworks climaxed during the performance of the winners of the primary section! they were superstars i tell you, each and everyone of them..suuuupeerrrr cute!! lower primary i guess, too short to pass off as anything older..they were just like the 'lil kids in Honey or missy elliot's videos..adorable & professional...=) they stole the entire show..standing ovation came naturally...

After danceworks, we proceeded to Lagoona National, a posh golf club! zhiwen's parents are members, so we booked a suite for the night =D the suite was no less than a hotel suite..complete with living room, dining area, stairs leading up to the bedroom and a luxurious bathroom consisting of all toileteries, a bathtub and a shower cubicle! omg...it was such unexpected luxury everyone became super high...=) we did lotsa silly stuff (like dubbing with our own dialogues for the mellow-dramatic tamil shows on tv; tao-poking every guy; taking "sex" videos etc..), and played lotsa brainless games (the name game; heart-attack; indian poker; the what-huh game etc..) tao-pok was really cool! we did it on the bed (erps!) so it wasn't really painful..first victim was weidi, all the girls were on him! then daniel came into the room and was dumbfounded at the sight of it..haha he looked so lost! he didn't know whether to leave us alone or what.. haha funny...in the end he became our official bouncer and grabbed all the other guys in for a taupoking session! Kian actually thought we wanted to strip him and he scampered around like a hamster!! ahhahaha...

it was the first time i played most of the games..heart-attack was played in a different way: instead of piling our hands up, the person with a suite does an action and everyone follows. it was darn hilarious, esp when zhiwen ran to the bathroom and knocked the door (kian was showering); maria stuck her head under the coffee table, and that time when she cupped head with hands then decided to go further to squeezing her cheeks (the funny thing is everyone followed suit, it was more co-ordinated than a dance); i slammed the table, stood up and hit weidi (everyone had no trouble doing it except for weidi himself)....the list goes on......... the what-huh game was more exciting than i thought..we changed "what" and "huh" to "F***" and "you"..so in fact we were hurling vulgarities with no apparent reason..the brainless-ness of it all was pure entertainment and fun...

Forfeits...Joey had to take it off, Kian had a gender make-over, Germ had to prank call her bf who nv picked up the phone -.-, jialing and maria had to peck on da lipsss, sam had to lie down facing zhiwen (who wasnt even in the game..sigh innocent victim) with a pillow between them....etcetcetc....i took pictures and videos....these memories are simply too memorable...i tried to capture all of them.... =) check out my gallery in "strictly no porn"...i can't upload the videos though..i shall reserve them for ourselves only....

sleep. some of us slept on the beds, some slept on the couches, some slept on the carpeted floor..i slept on the floor, then in the morning after weidi woke up from the sofa i took over, then later on after zhiwen, sam, germ gave up their beds for morning games i took over too... at around 9am plus, after some morning games, we went for breakfast at the clubhouse cafe...i had the western set...yummmmmy... & the view was picturesque..the entire landscape was green...golf course mah...=)

we checked out at noon..my parents were already waiting at the lobby (sobb..touched). i missed everyone as soon as i waved goodbye... geez... can't wait for next dance practice =)... hahaha...i had fun people, i really did ^-^... hope we can

hang out more..must ok? =)
